Abstract

Все организации неизбежно переживают изменения. Но почему-то компании вспоминают об этом, когда наступает кризис, вместо того, чтобы к нему подготовиться заранее и перенести без негативных для себя последствий. Необходимо создавать иммунитет это потенциал кризисной устойчивости, который должен быть сформирован на уровне всех составляющих внутренней среды организации.
