Abstract

Отражена взаимосвязь эффективности трудовой деятельности преподавательского состава с конкурентоспособностью вуза. Выделены факторы конкурентоспособности высшего учебного заведения и определены факторы, влияющие на рост эффективности труда преподавателей.
