Abstract

В условиях движения к экономике, основанной на знаниях, ключевым фактором развития страны становится интеллектуальный капитал. Это обусловливает потребность в совершенствовании существующей системы образования и подготовки кадров. Рассмотрены вопросы формирования в России инновационной культуры общества, модернизации модели обучения, разработки инструментов повышения качества образования.
