Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу изменения роли человека в производственном процессе в связи с НТР. Рассматривается специфика формирования трудового потенциала на различных уровнях экономики. Приведены подходы к определению эффективности образования в целом, показатели эффективности развития управленческого персонала.
