Abstract

Рассматривается использование новых информационных технологий для организации неформального обучения персонала компаний. Одна из форм неформального обучения создание сотрудниками компании персональной среды обучения. Автор приводит характеристику возможностей социальных сервисов Web 2.0 для поддержки персональной среды обучения.
