Abstract

Раскрывается роль высокорискового инновационного бизнеса в состоятельности производственного бизнеса страны. По отдельным направлениям развития реального сектора экономики возникает необходимость концентрации капитала путем создания финансово-промышленных групп (ФПГ), холдингов, благодаря чему можно получить достаточные источники для расширенного воспроизводства и активного продвижения наукоемких продуктов на внутреннем и внешнем рынках. Объединение активов может осуществляться по горизонтальному, вертикальному и смешанному принципам.
