Abstract

В настоящей статье представлен подход к управлению переходом локализованного подразделения компании на условиях инновационного саморазвития, включая диагностику готовности подразделения к инновационному саморазвитию, инициирование предпринимательской активности лидеров и процессов саморазвития, реализацию организационного проекта перехода. Реализация подхода создает условия для становления локализованного подразделения как Центра бизнес-ответственности.
