Abstract

Рассмотрены аспекты управления инновационным интернет-проектом (стартапом): оценка и подбор команды; распределение долей между участниками; проблемы в процессе запуска и развития проекта. Определены ментальные и поведенческие критерии для оценки предпринимательских возможностей, выделены оптимальные команды для инновационных проектов в соответствии с методологией И. Адизеса. Представлена методология расчета доли каждого участника на основе его вклада по группе критериев (долевой калькулятор).
