Abstract

Исследуются характерные черты влияния научно-технической революции на уровень развития национальной экономической системы. Эффективность формирования и реализации инновационных процессов связывается с деятельностью научно-исследовательских учреждений, университетов, НИОКР, а также с действенностью государственного регулирования. Рассматриваются основные цели инновационной политики государства, методы государственного регулирования, оценивается решение организационно-экономических проблем, связанных с инновациями, перечисляются основные задачи формирования и развития инновационной инфраструктуры, пути и направления совершенствования национального инновационного развития в Азербайджанской Республике.
