Abstract

Автором рассматриваются проблемы взаимодействия исследовательских университетов, инновационных и инвестиционных компаний и предлагаются основы функциональной модели управления инновационной деятельностью в национальных исследовательских университетах (НИУ), в основе которой лежит принцип партнерских отношений. Среди важнейших элементов модели перечислены информационное поле, рыночные критерии оценки деятельности исследовательских университетов и система мотивации участников коммерциализации вузовских инноваций.
