Формирование Креативного Потенциала Персонала Предприятия

Abstract

Определены сущность интеллектуально-креативного потенциала предприятия и креативного потенциала работников как базовых факторов, определяющих стратегию развития предприятия и характер инновационного поведения персонала. Дана характеристика методов, формирующих мотивацию к использованию креативного потенциала персонала предприятия. На основе процессного подхода предложена методика формирования креативности работников.
