Abstract

Рассматривается проблема интеграции целей и управленческих инструментов развития системы высшего образования. При этом основное внимание уделяется новым долговременным издержкам образования. Подчеркивается необходимость усиления мотивировок индивидуальных затрат труда на обретение знаний.
