Abstract

Формирование резерва управленческих кадров на национальном и региональном уровнях обусловили появление и развитие административно-образовательных кластеров на Юге России, объединяющих действия органов государственной и муниципальной исполнительной власти и учреждений высшего профессионального образования. Развитие кластеров определяется реформой высшего и среднего профессионального образования.
