Abstract

Рассмотрены факторы, ограничивающие развитие частного сектора в экономике РФ, где ключевое место занимает недостаток собственных средств и ограниченный доступ к финансовым ресурсам. В качестве решения данной проблемы предлагается развитие рынка управления активами, которое позволит вовлечь денежные средства населения в хозяйственный оборот и облегчит доступ субъектов экономики к долгосрочным источникам финансирования.
