Abstract

Эффективный электронный регион является одной из основных перспектив развития, поскольку принятие оптимальных решений в области создания электронного правительства возможно только при взаимодействии федерального центра и регионов. Выделены цели формирования электронного правительства в регионе, определены цели для каждой выделенной перспективы, которые структурированы в иерархию целей.
