Abstract

Выделены ключевые условия формирования коммерческого успеха международных IT-компаний: способность к постоянному созданию и внедрению инноваций и эффективный маркетинг. Исследуются особенности международного IT-рынка, позволяющие мгновенное изменение распределения рыночных сил, смену компании-лидера, сокращение жизненных циклов успешных продуктов и их полное исчезновение с рынка. Анализируются способы организации научных исследований и разработки продуктов, повышающие устойчивость бизнеса в специфических рыночных условиях, и факторы, делающие IT-отрасль привлекательным направлением инвестиций.
