Abstract

Современные достижения в развитии коммуникационных технологий привели к созданию глобальной электронной среды для экономической деятельности, что, в свою очередь, открыло возможности роста электронной коммерции как новой формы организации торгово-экономической деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов. Рассматриваются электронные формы организации современных торговых сделок, раскрываются особенности современных моделей электронной коммерции.
