Abstract

Отмечается важность различного опыта государственного регулирования инновационной деятельности, выделяются три типа модели научно-инновационного развития стран. Азербайджан относится к четвертому типу, где научно-инновационное развитие осуществляется весьма высокими темпами. Государство содействует развитию новых прогрессивных секторов экономики, способствует организации нового бизнеса инновационного.
