Abstract

Рассматриваются противоречия, порождающие проблемы современной корпорации, и способы их разрешения, анализируются эволюция базовых институтов (власти и собственности) корпорации, трансформация института власти корпорации, механизмы развития корпорации на основе гармонизации интересов субъектов корпоративных отношений и построения конфигурации капиталов.Ставится проблема построения эффективной конфигурации капиталов (капиталограммы), адекватной системе действующих стратегий развития корпорации. Формулируется гипотеза исследований.
