Abstract

Для эффективной организации инновационной системы требуются комплексные организационные, экономические, управленческие и политические решения. Первостепенным условием развития инноваций в стране является грамотно разработанное законодательство, которое защитит бизнес от бюрократических механизмов, стимулирует развитие проекта в инкубационный период, а также поможет внедрению в хозяйственную практику.
