Abstract

Автором отражены особенности формирования инновационной среды в Японии. Сформулированы основные выводы из положительного опыта создания японской государственной системы регулирования инновационной деятельности, концепции научных парков, а также роли государства в формировании расходов на НИОКР. Данный опыт будет полезен для использования в российской экономике.
