Abstract

На сегодняшний день уровень инновационной активности в России один из самых низких в мире. В современных условиях, когда все больше обостряется конкуренция за рынки и ресурсы, исключительно важным становится процесс перехода российской экономики на инновационный путь развития. Это, в свою очередь, требует решения проблемы финансирования инновационной деятельности.
