Каскадирование Как Инструмент Совершенствования Бизнес-Процессов Предприятия

Abstract

Рассматривается влияние барьеров реализации конкурентной стратегии на процессы внедрения инновационных управленческих технологий и достижения ключевых показателей эффективности. На примере производственно-технологической подсистемы проиллюстрирован механизм возникновения скрытых «точек разрыва» в компании вследствие несовершенства бизнес-процессов. С целью повышения эффективности достижения стратегических целей предложены инструменты «прямого» и «обратного» каскадирования, которые позволяют создать систему управления с обратными связями, исключающую потери в каналах информации и упреждающую возникновение точек разрыва.
