Abstract

Реформирование российского образования перешло на новый этап. По результатам принятой Правительством РФ «дорожной карты» «Изменения в отраслях социальной сферы, направленные на повышение эффективности образования и науки» предстоит разработать региональные «дорожные карты». Принятие изменений в региональной образовательной политике должно базироваться на экспертной оценке. Роль международного сотрудничества университетов в формировании региональной образовательной политики возрастает.
