Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности трансформации роли университетов в современном обществе знаний. Систематизированы ключевые направления государственной инновационной политики в отношении российских вузов. Представлена общая модель инновационной инфраструктуры для отечественных вузов, развивающих исследовательскую и основанную на ней предпринимательскую деятельность, а также выдвинуты ключевые направления повышения эффективности при осуществлении практического внедрения модели.
