Случайно Ли Наступление Эпохи Креативной Экономики?

Abstract

В статье впервые представлена модель круговорота ресурсов биосферы в результате использования интеллектуально-креативных ресурсов ноосферы как основного источника для информационного и материального обеспечения экономики. Показана роль информационной этики и доверия в разработке информационной составляющей при создании и производстве материальных экономических продуктов, формирующих предметный мир как условие обеспечения жизнедеятельности и существования человека. Одновременно отражена роль утилизации предметного мира как процесса возвращения в биосферу использованных в производственных целях ее ресурсов, а также безвозвратно потерянных отходов в результате производства экологически необеспеченных продуктов и материалов.
