Abstract

Изложены основные подходы к определению государственно-частного партнерства, отражены основные формы взаимодействия бизнеса и власти с авторским обоснованием выделения такого понятия как государственно-частное предпринимательство. В системе государственно-частного предпринимательства отражена новая форма взаимодействия бизнеса и власти — государственный франчайзинг.
