Abstract

Представлен анализ предпосылок к формированию инновационной образовательной системы в России через историю становления национальной инновационной системы и степень ее влияния на развитие профессиональной подготовки квалифицированных кадров. Исследованы основные подходы в реформировании системы профессионального образования, а также подробно описан современный этап формирования национальной инновационной системы России на основе теории «тройной спирали».
