Abstract

Отечественным компаниям важно искать пути активизации роста и повышения эффективности использования интеллектуального капитала организации и применять элементы современных технологий создания организационного знания. Управление процессом создания нового знания позволило бы сделать более эффективным инновационный процесс в России, поскольку исследователи и разработчики были бы в своей деятельности четко ориентированы на нужды потребителей, а производители – заинтересованы в результатах как основе повышения собственной конкурентоспособности.
