Abstract

Показана необходимость развития и поддержки инновационной деятельности малого бизнеса в России. Представлены основные элементы обеспечения инновационного развития малых предприятий. Предложен механизм принятия решения об оказании государственной поддержки малому предприятию на основе комплексной оценки его инновационного потенциала.
