Abstract

В условиях непрерывных изменений конъюнктуры рынка товаров и услуг, связанных с процессами становления и развития «экономики знаний», особенно актуальными являются вопросы инновационно-ориентированных решений и подходов в системе профессионального и корпоративного образования и развития специалистов. Автором представлена концептуальная модель виртуального корпоративного университета как инновационного механизма взаимодействия между государственными образовательными учреждениями и бизнес-сообществом. Отражены и другие возможности информационно-сетевого взаимодействия между агентами рынка образовательных услуг с целью формирования единой модели компетенций, отвечающей современным требованиям рынка труда.
