Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы применения методик бережливого производства на предприятиях России. Показано авторское видение возможного сочетания инструментов внедрения бережливого производства в части предварительного анализа организации основных бизнес-процессов. Продемонстрировано применение инструментов, сделаны выводы относительно проблем адаптации и ограничений для широкого использования.
