Современный Социально-Экономический Кризис Как Бифуркация Нелинейной Динамической Системы

Abstract

Современный финансово-экономический кризис рассматривается с позиций нелинейной динамики. Анализируются причины кризисной трансформации трех основных подсистем: технологической, социальной и экономической. Для их взаимной гармонизации предлагается использовать принцип «слабого звена» А. Богданова. Таким слабым звеном является действующая экономическая модель рентного капитализма, нацеленная на рост потребления любыми способами, в том числе и паразитическими. Она невосприимчива к инновациям. Необходима новая модель с приоритетом созидания над потреблением, экономика созидания (креаномика). Она характеризуется такими признаками, как культура потребления; усиление роли социально-психологических методов в управлении, обеспечивающих наряду с экономическими гармонию коллективных и личных интересов.
