Abstract

Обоснована целесообразность создания межрегиональных смешанных кластеров. Выявлены перспективные направления деятельности Карачаево-Черкесской Республики создание межрегионального распределенного ИТ-кластера и ИТ-технопарка. Определены стратегические направления развития информационных технологий относительно их включенности в межрегиональный распределенный ИТ-кластер.
