Abstract

В статье рассматриваются современные проблемы подготовки молодых специалистов, а также приводятся результаты мониторинга трудоустройства и карьерного продвижения выпускников, связанные с оценкой положения молодых специалистов на современном рынке труда. Предложены рекомендации по повышению уровня профессиональной подготовки и конкурентоспособности молодых специалистов с учетом требований регионального рынка труда.
