Abstract

Исследуется общий вектор преобразований института собственности в условиях информационно-сетевой экономики. Выделены три режима прав собственности на информационные ресурсы в зависимости от степени их доступности для широкого круга экономических агентов. Названы объективные причины безвозмездной передачи информационных ресурсов в интернет. Обосновано, что в условиях информационно-сетевой экономики меняются структура и соотношение между режимами прав собственности за счет расширения сферы и повышения значимости общедоступной собственности.
