Интеллектуальная Собственность Как Объект Экономических Отношений

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены роли и свойства интеллектуальной собственности в контексте отношений, объектом которых она является. Цепочка отношений начинается с создания интеллектуальной собственности как идеального объекта, продолжается фиксацией этого объекта в качестве нематериального актива, затем его реализацией как интеллектуального товара и заканчивается потреблением полезного эффекта, созданного пользователем интеллектуальной собственности.
