Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности электронного бизнеса как глобальной среды с высокой степенью рыночной энтропии. Систематизированы факторы возникновения рисков в интернет-экономике, определена возрастающая значимость мониторинга и анализа конъюнктурной информации в решении проблем снижения информационной неопределенности. Выявлены направления развития интернет-сервисов и технологий, направленных на удовлетворение информационных потребностей субъектов экономической деятельности.
