Образовательный Кластер Как Институт Улучшения Качества Человеческого Капитала

Abstract

На основе принципов институционального планирования и характеристик категории «институт» в исследо-вании сформулированы институциональные основы создания и функционирования образовательного кластера. Сделан вывод о том, что образовательный кластер является институтом, обеспечивающим эффективность предоставления образовательных услуг, формирующих необходимое качество человеческого капитала, кото-рое столь востребовано на рынке труда.
