Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности управления человеческими ресурсами (УЧР) в современных условиях перехода к инновационной экономике. Обоснована смена парадигмы управления человеческими ресурсами. Дано определение инновационно-ориентированному УЧР, показано отличие от управления персоналом, сформулированы принципы построения, раскрыты отличительные черты и структура современных эффективных систем УЧР, научно обоснован алгоритм их построения. В виде блок-схемы представлена авторская концептуальная модель инновационно-ориентированного УЧР.
