Abstract

В современном обществе в связи с быстрыми темпами развития коммерческим организациям необходимо откликаться на любые рыночные изменения и оперативно искать эффективные решения. Творчество и творческие подходы в этих ситуациях могут помочь в решении многих нетривиальных задач. Примером может служить адаптация ряда эвристических методов, которые активизируют творческий потенциал персонала к проблемам, связанным например, с разработкой рекламной кампании для косметического инновационного продукта.
