Abstract

Статья рассматривает особенности и структуру человеческих ресурсов Эквадора как страны с развивающейся экономикой. Проводится демографический анализ населения страны, приводятся данные по уровню грамотности, показатели безработицы, уровень заработных плат, определяется место Эквадора в рейтинге Индекса человеческого потенциала стран мира. В статье также описан ряд проблем, стоящих в области управления человеческими ресурсами страны. В конце статьи резюмируются основные положения и даются рекомендации по улучшению системы управления человеческими ресурсами Эквадора в целях повышения эффективности экономического развития. Основные положения, выводы и рекомендации, представленные в статье, могут быть полезны исследователям, занимающимся проблемами региона Латинской Америки, в том числе государства Эквадор, и в частности вопросами человеческих ресурсов в латиноамериканских странах.
