Abstract

В современных условиях экономики России вложения в человека должны носить коммерческий характер. Для выполнения данного условия необходимо понимать суть капитала с позиции доходности. В статье представлены авторское определение «человеческий капитал» и авторская схема кругооборота человеческого капитала с учетов инновационной составляющей. Увеличение человеческого капитала невозможно без активной инновационной политики государства, которая, в свою очередь, не возможна без улучшения качества образования. Отражена взаимосвязь мер правительства РФ, призванных развивать человеческий капитал, и отдачи от данных мероприятий в виде прироста ВВП страны. Статья полезна преподавателям экономических дисциплин, аспирантам, исследователям вопроса влияния уровня образования на инновационную деятельность.
