Потенциал Высшей Школы В Обеспечении Опережающего Накопления Интеллектуального Капитала

Abstract

Система высшего образования выступает базовым фактором прогресса всех сфер жизнедеятельности общества, детерминирующей перспективы экономического развития страны на долгосрочный период. Особенно в трансформационные (переходные) периоды, которые характеризуются глубокими системными изменениями, такая роль системы высшего образования особенно актуализируется, так как именно данная специфическая сфера общественного хозяйства обуславливает качество того интеллектуального потенциала, который обеспечивается генерированием новых (креативных) знаний, выступающих ресурсом трансформационных преобразований и опережающего перехода к инновационно-интеллектуальному этапу развития постиндустриальной эпохи. Статья может представлять интерес для ученых, осуществляющих исследования в области инновационных процессов, реализуемых в контексте трансформационных преобразований российской экономики с учетом определяющей роли в нем высшей школы как субъекта, обеспечивающего интенсификацию воспроизводство интеллектуального капитала.
