Abstract

В течении последних лет мы наблюдаем, как темпы роста производительности труда в России сокращаются. Источником повышения эффективности может стать развитие организационных коммуникаций. В частности, за счет использования современного программного обеспечения. В работе показано, как внедрение некоторых конкретных программ изменяет практику коммуникации и как это влияет на эффективность менеджмента и результативность труда. Эта работа будет интересна исследователям управления знаниями и современного состояния коммуникаций в командах.
