Abstract

Инвестиционная, туристическая, социальная привлекательность регионов во многом зависит от комплекса усилий в сфере культуры, направленных на формирование условий для эффективного развития человеческого капитала. Комплексное освоение территории предполагает развитие по целому ряду направлений с целью создания разнообразного, уникального социокультурного и туристического продукта, соответствующей инфраструктуры и сопутствующих услуг. Статья составлена на основе материалов аналитической записки к заседанию правительства РФ по вопросу создания многофункциональных культурных центров в малых городах России, в которой даны рекомендации по комплексному подходу в реализации данного актуального и масштабного проекта.
