Abstract

В статье раскрываются актуальные проблемы, связанные с модернизацией экономики образования России. Определена необходимость формирования и развития единой информационно-сетевой среды управления, взаимодействия и интеграции, что позволит решить многие задачи, исходящие из необходимости модернизации сферы высшего образования, позволив создать систему реализации принципов открытости, прозрачности и публичности деятельности учреждений образования.
