Сопоставительный Анализ Национального Интеллектуального Капитала Стран-Участниц Евразийского Экономического Союза

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам оценки и управления интеллектуальным капиталом стран участниц Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС). В статье рассматривается роль интеллектуального капитала для роста конкурентоспособности союза, рассматривается концепция модели национального интеллектуального капитала союза (НИКС), предлагается применять метод измерения национального индекса ИК для интегральной оценки национального интеллектуального капитала стран-участниц ЕАЭС. При этом в качестве системы сбалансированных показателей национального интеллектуального капитала предлагается использовать индикаторы на базе авторитетных данных глобальных мировых рейтингов. Проводится сравнительный анализ ранговых показателей НИК для стран-участниц ЕАЭС.
