Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос проблемы формирования информационного общества. Анализируется текущее состояние в развитых, а также в развивающих и неразвитых странах. Выявлено и обосновано восемь глобальных проблем, образовавшихся в результате развития и использования современных информационных и коммуникационных технологий. Анализируются «Супер информационная магистраль Транс-Евро-Азия», которая создаёт широкие возможности решения существующей цифровой разницы.
