Abstract

Были проведены исследования и предложен новый подход к оценке конкурентоспособности социально-экономических систем. В качестве базисной оценки конкурентоспособности социально-экономических систем авторами предложен интегральный индекс конкурентоспособности социально-экономической системы, включающий четыре показателя: функциональность, системность, проактивность и органичность системы. Для динамической оценки конкурентоспособности системы предлагается формировать частные индексы конкурентоспособности в долгосрочном и в краткосрочном периодах.
